Today’s Words of Wisdom: Realizing Your Dreams

To achieve your dreams you must have a vision of your goals. Writing down your dreams and creating a list of actions can help. By turning your goals into actions, we are able to see the necessary steps to achieve them.
Realize Your Dreams: What did you dream of doing when you were a child? What would you do with a million dollars? Create a vision for your goals by breaking them down into small actions that you can take on a day by day basis.
Who is Dr. Laurence J. Peter?
Dr. Peter was an educator best known for his formulation of the Peter Principle. In The Peter Principle, he states, “In a hierarchy every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence…in time every post tends to be occupied by an employee who is incompetent to carry out his duties… Work is accomplished by those employees who have not yet reached their level of incompetence.”
He also said once that “the noblest of all dogs is the hotdog; it feeds the hand that bites it.”
