Inspiration For Change: Letting Go

The inspiration for making one small positive change everyday to improve your life will astound you at its simplicity.

Daily inspiration for change:

Let go of the things you can not change.  Concentrate more on the things you can.

Is it really that simple?

Yes!  Life is what you make it.  Life is still as easy as it was when we were younger.  We tend to complicate things for ourselves.  Life is still easy.  We just have to get back to the basics.  Worry less about things that we can not change and change the things we can.

Why do we make it so hard?

We try to do too much.  We get caught up in our daily lives that sometimes we don’t see the simpler changes that we can make.  For example:

  • We can’t change our relationship with a loved one.  We can change our next interaction.
  • We can’t our body composition..  We can eat healthy the next meal.
  • We can’t get ourselves out of debt in one day.  We can make one payment and buy one less unnecessary item.

We can’t change our entire lives.  We can make one small change a day to improve life.  And that’s what this blog is all about!

Hope you all have a safe, happy, and healthy weekend!

This is very true! I need to let go of things more. I generally tend to over-analyze everything too which is not good to do. But improving these aspects are often times easier said then done. I’m a thinker, I’m curious. Do you have any more tips I could put to the test?

    • We all over-analyze things at some time or another. It is good to be a thinker and to be curious. I think that we all need to remember that simplicity is the key to happiness. Keeping things simple is the hardest thing in the world to do. We have to get back to the basics. Always be positive and focus on what’s right. Remember, that everything that happens in life is neither good or bad. It all depends on our perspective. No matter how things turn out, we have either succeeded or we have learned something– either we have won something. So stay positive, appreciate the pleasant outcomes and learn from the rest. Your positivity will rub off on everyone around you. Do you agree? By the way, you just gave me another blogging idea. Thank you!
